I work for a senior living community where we are considered front line workers. During this pandemic, it can be challenging on some team members to feel burnt out, exhausted, or overworked. We started working with Natalie bi-weekly, and we spend thirty minutes out of our day as Natalie walks us through a guided meditation with comforting music. Natalie is incredibly empathetic in her guidance, she seeks to truly connect with her practitioners on a fundamental level, and her emphasis on intention in meditation provides a good change of pace from other meditation practices that orient more towards pausing, stepping away, and observing. Personally, my favorite aspect of the practice was the music playlist used, it was seemingly subtle but blended wonderfully with the arc of the mediation and intent.
