We had the pleasure of having Natalie take our Mental Wellness Employee Resource Group through a virtual guided meditation session which provided everyone a much needed recharge and re-centering. Natalie is incredibly empathetic in her guidance, she seeks to truly connect with her practitioners on a fundamental level, and her emphasis on intention in meditation provides a good change of pace from other meditation practices that orient more towards pausing, stepping away, and observing. Personally, my favorite aspect of the practice was the music playlist used, it was seemingly subtle but blended wonderfully with the arc of the mediation and intent.
Altogether, speaking as a longtime practitioner, this was one of the most powerful and cathartic introspective experiences I've had with meditation, and I'm very grateful to Natalie for providing that opportunity. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a means of self-care and reseting for your team or just for yourself, can promise you won't regret it!
